Why did the Moto E4 Plus screen go black while video calling through VoLTE?

I asked many time to customer care and services center also but they said if you face this problem so restart the phone .but till now I did not get any satisfaction reply from them .

if you face this problem you need to restart your phone by clicking volume done buton and power key also .
